چکیده
The Cappadocia Region in Central Anatolia, Turkey is rich wild apricot genetic resources. In this study, a multivariate analysis method of metric and nonmetric multidimensional scaling (MDS) was used to classify 43 genotypes 5 standard cultivars by using Euclidean distance. MDS applied, based on dissimilarities, quantitative traits weight, height, width thickness fruit, stone kernel flesh/stone ratio, total soluble solids content, titratable acidity pH fruit juice, sensory attributes size shape, cavity depth, suture (cheek line), apex, attractiveness, skin pubescence, ground over color (blush), eating quality, aroma, firmness juiciness flesh, uniformity ripening flesh texture, cracking pit burn susceptibility, separation stone, shape (lateral view), surface taste. results showed that most the apricots (91.66%) had small sized fruits ranging from 10.5 g (type #53) 79.3 #68) with an average 25.27 ± 2.44 g. fair or good quality attractiveness light bitter sweet taste general. harvest date quite wide range between late June early September among genotypes. sufficient number dimensions determined stress value pseudo-R2 statistics, then relative positions were displayed graphics. Aprikoz distinct cultivated Both analyses revealed similar characteristics while #13, #20, #39, #60, #64, #68 differed most. individuals interesting features could be as parent breeding programs for development commercial cultivars.

Addressing socio-economic development issues are strategic and most important for any country. Multidimensional statistical analysis methods, including comprehensive index assessment, have been successfully used to address this challenge, but they donchr('39')t cover all aspects of development, leaving some gap in the development of multidimensional metrics. متن کاملCharacteristics of Sleep and Wakefulness inWild-Derived Inbred Mice
Genetic variations in the wild-derived inbred mouse strains are more diverse than that of classical laboratory inbred mouse strains, including C57BL/6J (B6). The sleep/wake and monoamine properties of six wild-derived inbred mouse strains (PGN2, NJL, BLG2, KJR, MSM, HMI) were characterized and compared with those of B6 mice. All examined mice were nocturnal and had a polyphasic sleep pattern wi...
متن کاملApplications of Convex Analysis to Multidimensional Scaling
A. In this paper we discuss the convergence of an algorithm for metric and nonmetric multidimensional scaling that is very similar to the C-matrix algorithm of Guttman. The paper improves some earlier results in two respects. In the first place the analysis is extended to cover general Minkovski metrics, in the second place a more elementary proof of convergence based on results of Rober...

The importance of quality is often recognised more by its absence at the end of a software project, than by its presence at the start of a new project. Quality cannot be added into a product after it has been developed, it should be built into it from the start. This paper investigates the application of metrics to measure duration, effort and quality, as related to software supporting the Matr...
